My study habits increased tenfold as now I could simply save this PDF to a cloud storage device to access the file not only on my computer, but my mobile device.

Now, there’s an even easier way to combine documents, or rather, an entire semester’s worth of documents. If you’re like me, your courses have been broken down into specific folders.

By opening the PDF software I was using and clicking on the CONVERT tab, I then found the Merge tool. I clicked on Merge and came to this screen:

I clicked on the plus sign and then selected Add Folder. I then navigated to the course folder I had on my desktop that I wished to merge all of the documents contained within:

The following window appeared, similar to what I saw when I manually selected individual pdf files to merge within a specific folder:

Once I clicked MERGE PDF, all of the various file formats were once again combined into a single PDF document. Not only was this an efficient software to use to get organized, but it was a simple and quick process with no thinking required.
