Select : File -> Save as
Enter the Name as : Antivirus.bat
Select File type as : All files.

Now, run the Saved File, your Antivirus will start scanning. You can save the file name as your wish. But, keep in mind that you use this tool carefully. If you specify some windows file name, this will put your computer at risk.
